I specialize in smaller jobs so I usually only charge by the hour and not by the project.
Many services available including repairs, installations (with the exception of flooring, carpeting, tiling), maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, etc. If I am not comfortable with your particular task, I will let you know upfront instead of waste your time and money.
I also offer repair services for some household appliances, electronics, and small-engine equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, snowblowers, chainsaws, portable generators, etc.).

Flat rate at only $35 per hour (1-hour minimum) plus any materials.
Evening, weekend and holiday appointments available!
